I ran to the gym…
On my way, a really good song came on just as I was approaching a big intersection. Of course, (knowing me) getting caught up in the beat of the song, I tripped over my own foot, and slid flat on my stomach beside all the cars waiting at the intersection.
It was such an epic fall, I was contemplating just staying down there until the light turned green and they all went on their way, but I jumped up and kept going with blood all over - crazy running girl.
So bruised and cut up… cut hands, knees and elbows, bruised ego!! ;)

I have just finished my last full year of university!
In the process, I had lost a bit of weight and gained a lot of muscle in the first 1/2 of the school year, only to regress a bit during exams & my move back home in the last semester.
I haven’t let my self go completely. I tried to be mindful of food etc. but it is hard when you want to enjoy your city and your last few weeks at uni.
So I’ve come home, and I’m settling back in.
Time for honesty. And I think I will need some help and motivation (Fitspo :) )
So, my lowest weight, and healthiest point in the last year was 158… I have never been that low before in my life, it felt wonderful, and I had so much energy.
Currently I’m fluctuating between 163-165… so it’s time to kick it back into gear.
I have a full time job, and I have one summer school course, but if you’re passionate about any goal, it can fit in to any schedule.
I have been running, but I need to step up my gym time (going in about an hour!)
I’m happy to be back, I’m happy to follow all the wonderful blogs and get inspiration from everyone.
Don’t hesitate to write - I missed this.

I’m off to try something new.
Where I live, a bit north of me, there is this castle - the only one in Toronto - Casa Loma.
To get to this castle you have to run up hill for about 3 k and then once you are there, there are these hellish stairs - long and steep.
I’m gonna run there, run the stairs up and down as many times as my legs can bear - and run back, trying not to roll down back to my house for the 3 k home haha!
